Dear steflick,

Please just go to the file /templates/ja_zinc/ja_menus/ja_moomenu/ja.moomenu.css,Look for this css
#ja-cssmenu li a {
color:#777777;
font-size:100%;
font-weight:bold;
text-decoration:none;
text-transform:uppercase;
}

In here you can change the color value as you want.
