We would like to add an Instagram icon and link to the header and footer blocks.

Please advise how to achieve this.

Hi
In header and footer, you can add the widget as an icon or social.and choose the icon from the list and link it to your page.

In footer blocks, you can choose the and select icon or Social buttons: http://prntscr.com/g0bvcq
