Hello,

It is not quite clear to me what lines you want to get rid of.
But you have to look into your template.css-file.

Look for this line:

#ja-botsl .main-inner1 { padding: 10px 0; border-top: 1px solid #ccc; }

That line codes for the border at top of bottom spotlight.
