Update: I’ve worked out how to make the menu horizontal by inserting the Menu Class Suffix " nav-pills" in the menu options, but it is still being displayed right at the left of the page. How do I best make it being displayed aligned with the main content area?

Update: I worked it out myself.I changed the Menu Class Suffix for the menu in masthead position to: " container nav-pills"
