Is it possible to create a grid-stack in some way using an older JA template? Is there a plugin or some other way to do this without using third party (see link).

    Thank you!!

    Hi suzanna,

At this moment, we don’t have grid stack extension like that but you can take a look at JA ACM module which provides different styles: http://uber.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/blocks

However, in order to use this module, your template must be built with new T3 framework + Joomla 3.x ( https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/uber-template/acm-configuration#acm-other-template )

Anyway, I will forward your request to development team for further consideration.

    Regards

Thank you. I’m not sure (newbie here). I have ja_university_t3 with Joomla! 3.4.4, would that work with Is JA ACM? I really don’t want things to break and it’s an older template.

You can take a backup of your site and give it a try (or try it in local machine), JA ACM is still not a stand-alone extension yet so I can’t guarantee it can work perfectly in other templates.
