Hi,

Your site uses Chinese language and it’s very hard to find the problem on your site but I guess it comes from Create Profile page of Jomsocial component, you need to check this captcha with com_contact from default Joomla core first and if it’s still working on your site but not working with Jomsocial component, you should raise your request into jomsocial forum, they would be able to troubleshoot it quickly. If the issue is seen with default joomla also, let us know.
