Since upgrading to Joomla 2.5 and installing JA Social template I get a ton of google crawl errors. It shows thousands of links all ending with ?format=feed&type=rss

I searched google and all I could find that these errors are caused by defining a base tag in the template….i can see in the source of my frontpage a base tag is used: <base href=”http://www.hobbykwekers.nl/” />

Is this the source of my problems? And if it is, how to change it so I loose the errors?

check your configuration.php file in root folder and see if “livesite” has a value. if so clear it so its just “”

seems to be a known joomla issue.. http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=428&t=268149 I’m having a similar problem on one of my sites. I’ve brought it up to the dev’s for them to look @
