This issue seems to be from the 3rd party Plugin . Kindly unpublished the 3rd party extension on your site and check this issue . You can see the cause of issue Here : http://prntscr.com/as2n6n

Ok, thanks for your reply. Did not understand which 3rd party Plugin you mean but went into "Plugins" and sorted on ID and deactivated the latest – was conflict with one of the Ark editor plugins (they use about thirty…..),
Thanks a lot for pionting in the right directing. This is solved.
