So we tried to get post from Instagram by account name.

But unfortunately there are no posts added.

Did we do anything wrong?

I have added the @number to the instagram key but now have the following error:

Any fix?

The message indicates that you missed to fill the Instagram Access token Setting in the plugin settings, kindly check again.

I thought that I don’t need to fill in Instagram Access Token when fetching data from a specific Instagram account. See screenshot

Hi Walter,

I checked the settings of JA Social feed plugin on your site but didn’t see the Instagram access token settings. Instagram had remove support for type without an access token. You have to register an app and api key then get an access token to make it work.
