Anyone use any of the Gavick plugins? The photoslide simply will NOT load a stylesheet. Anyone experience this?

Edit- I believe it is because the CSS file is a style.php and takes a query string, this is a guess as I have two other gavick modules for the Photoslide and they both work normal, but they use a style.css file instead. Is there some reason a style.php would be blocked from loading?
