Gallery and video content type worked well in previously .
But now when i create a new gallery the Gallery Tab not appear and when i create a new video The Video Tab not appear . they appear only when i open an old existing gallery or video.

could you help me please.

Kindly check JA Content Type plugin must be installed and enabled. And JA Magz ii is your default template. If still, issue is same, kindly provide me steps to replicate this issue (any changes/update you did).
Also, you can send me a temp super user login details of the site using private reply, I will take a look on your site backend.

Right, as you said , after i disable the other plugin that i added , I found that these plugin "Fieldsattach for joomla 3" is the reason of the problem. when i disable it the Gallery and video type works well

but really i need to add additional information to some articles.

could you help me, please

Yes , also you have to disable the 3rd party image plugin that is causing the problem and remove the fields .
