My frontpage module will not show up anywhere on my site and I followed the user’s guide perfectly. The JA News 1.3.1 does show up, but one of my sections is repeated, and one of my sections does not show up at all.

As you can see, the News section is repeated.

Because in Ja News module, you config Category (Section) Id like that :
