Hello

Try this

Create a custom.css file then add to it this code

1) Module title color
```
.t3-footnav .t3-module .module-title span {
color:#yourcolor;
}
```
2) Module text color
```
.t3-footnav .module-ct {
color:#yourcolor;
}
```
