Hey, being new to joomla, I tried the quickstart thing, but all I get is:

A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

Any ideas?

Well as the description says, its a permission error
try switching all your folder permissions to 755

Okay, thanks. I read I had to make them 777? Ill try 755
