Hi,

It’s Page Heading section which is enabled under settings of Home menu item on your site: http://prntscr.com/gkz2hh

I just disabled it and it looks fine now.

Any thoughts as to the other element of the ticket?

"The "Home" and "Support" menu items show a different style of menu to the other menu items (black background on hover / click) which is nothing like the site they were exported from, or indeed the other items in the menu which show the correct styling"

You’re absolutely right – all day yesterday I was trying to clear browser cache and server cache without success, now though it’s fine.

Please consider this and the other ticket we discussed as solved and thanks for the excellent support.
