Every time I make changes it doesn’t update the website, so I clear the cache.

This then updates the website with my recent change BUT removes all of the styles I have added to the homepage! I have now had to redo the styles (font and spacing etc) 5 times.

Also, every time I clear the cache, the website is given a new page, in T3 Assets. It seems that your ‘clear cache’ setting needs to keep the current homepage!

Please fix this ASAP as I do not want to have to replace the new page code with my old one every time I clear the cache.

    Thank you

    Hello

To retain the styling changes that you have made to your site you need to make sure css optimization is set to “No” in the template manager.

That didn’t work. I tried several different ways, with ‘Template Development’ turned off then on, with and without ‘cache mode’ turned on.

It keeps creating new homepages, with default styling.

What are the EXACT settings I need for this please Pritam?

For your information, the CSS and Javascript are both set to ‘ Join and Minify’

    Thanks

    Hello Munders,

To Retain the changes You need to goto admin login -> template manager -> Your template -> Global – >

Css & Javascript Compress -> Optimize CSS set – “No” so you can see the correct files to modify and not the

    compressed version.
