I have Installed Quickstart,
when Open Template manager, Ja_social Error Messages like that:

Solved, Affter Open your tempalte for Fisrt time, Plugin Jat3 will creat new folder called: ja_social/local/
So if your Template folder (templates/ja_social) Unwriteable must to set permitsion is 777, (CHMOD = 777)
