Good afternoon, I am italian and new to Joomla, I am trying to learn. I am not able to install ja_simpli_j3x.zip for this error “ JInstaller:: Install: Could not find the XML file setup of Joomla”
I’m using Windows 10 Pro and Microsoft Edge but also error with IE 11 and Chrome.
I hope in a courteous help, thanks and excuse my bad english.

What happens after I installing Simpli, I got message:

"JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /var/www/vhosts/yvina.com/httpdocs/media/ja_simpli"

And website empty, what can I do

Which Joomla version are you using?

Could you install any other templates / extensions?
