I am configuring the acymailing component to send using gmail. It fails when i do a test send. The password and user name are correct and I am using port 465. I get a failed to connect error. Any thoughts as to why?

Hi
First, you have to check your server emails are working on not.
Open system > Global configuration > Mail setting and send a test email.
If its not working too kindly check issue with Hosting provider so they will check the email services issue.
