Does anyone know why I’m getting this error message?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/u7/vraymond/cronosalliance.com/html/modules/mod_jalatest_resumes/helper.php on line 31

I’m also getting this message one I attempt to use the Ja Board component.

Site error: the file /home/u7/vraymond/cronosalliance.com/html/components/com_jajobboard/helper/jafunctions.class.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_fre_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Any advice????

Please disregard the 1st two request, but now I have another issue. I was informed that the quickstart package comes as indicated here (http://jobboard.joomlart.com/). Little to my surprise it is not and it’s just the Ja Board component that’s the quickstart. I actually love the way this site look http://jobboard.joomlart.com/.

Can someone please let me know which slideshow is being used for the slidshow position.
Any other advice is appreciated it.
