hi, there is a big gray screen showup when I load the JA Appolio templete.
for example:
in you site demo:
http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_appolio
once you open the demo there is a big gray screen come up instead, and then when you click or scroll in the mouse the backgound show up.
please see images attached.
the same thing happen in my site, the big gray screen show up first and then I need to click on the page so the site show up normally.
Please help.

I have checked our demo site http://joomla-templates.joomlart.com/ja_appolio/index.php/en/, however could not detect the error you mentioned.

Please PM me url and credentials of your site for a closer check. Any screenshort on the issue would be helpful as well.
