Hi,
On this testing site: https://wwwstaging.district279.org/
After I’ve "remove all the sub-menus" under About Us > "School Board" menu, you will see there is an "arrow" which brings open a "blank sub-menu box" — even when there is no more menu item under there.

Can you please tell me what I’ve missed and to make the arrow and the empty menu go away?

Hi,

I guess in megamenu configuration, the ‘School Board’ is still set to show the ‘Submenu’, you can go to Admin Panel > Extensions > Templates > JA University style > Megamenu > select ‘School Board’ menu item and turn off this option: http://prntscr.com/iikatk
