It seems to be the problem of most templates that have separation line between modules.

Or this one

Any way to remove them? I mean not using the modules is not the solution. And putting them to different positioin doesn’t work either.

Look for the separator in the CSS file. Either Change the Font Color to #FFFFFF (or whatever your background color is) or change the line size from 1px to 0px. It does not remove them, but it should hide them.
