Is there any cache settings on server side? as when I tried to switch template style assigned to ‘Community’ page on your site to a standard template of Joomla to see how it goes but it doesn’t reflect the change on the frontend.
Is there specific rule on your server side or do you use any extension for SEF? as when I disabled the SEF option in Global Configuration in admin panel, the profile page shows fine.
