hi,
i downloaded the latest easyblog ja_decor theme, extrated and loaded all in the right place.
now is the theme broken.

how can i fix this or do you have furhter instructions that the theme look like in the demo…

Are you saying you downloaded/installed an UPDATE for JA DECOR … or did you install the template fresh?
