Hi
You have to add the submenu items from Joomla menu first.
After this step opens the Menu Module you are using to show menu > Show Submenu > Yes.
save and check.

We’re currently using the Sticky Menu thing on Page Builder, is it possible to do it via that, or do we have to create a new module/menu to get it to show the dropdowns?

Hi
If you are using Menu module in header, there is nothing do to with builder,
Just open the Menu module > show submenu > Yes.
save module refresh the page and you will see the submenu showing.
