Image is not appearing on website if image is inserted into article with Drag and Drop feature. It it by default? or template specifics?

Magz-ii is probably not Joomla 3.5 ready yet. Use Joomla 3.4.8 until JA Templates are updated for Joomla 3.5 is the current advice, as I understand it.
