I have renewed my membership today, but having trouble downloading.

I get the silly message:
“You are downloading this file. Please download again in 2 minute.”

I try again after 2 min. and still no go.

FireFox 28 for Mac.

Hi

Please try to logout and login again also clean your browser cache

You should download without such type of issues
