Anyway we can see what the error_log file has to say ?
I can see that your server is on PHP 5.3.13 which is acceptable according to Joomla but I think this is the problem.

I think you can see the error more clear now ( I’ve turned Error Reporting to MAX ) -> Fatal error: Call to undefined function dom_import_simplexml() in /../../../../docs/libraries/joomla/form/form.php on line 927

You need to fix PHP issues, ask your host for help.
