1) Template Manager -> ja_teline_iii

does not save settings. Template Manager: Edit Style

Save button is pressed, but the changes are not saved

2) often clears the design of the website

I’m glad you found the way out of it!. I see you have upgraded JAT3v2 frameowork plugin version to 2.7.1 on your site and It’s working fine.
