Hi

with movement you mean the zoom ?

nope… movement of the map… left/right/up/down… is no goof when scrolling with a mobile touch device

If you do not want to use an interactive map then you can use an image of the map with a custom-html module or you can try to use a static map

actually through the plugin is not possible to achieve what you need
