Hi there,

I am with Jores template, and I’d like to desactivate iphone/android/handled layout. But when I put it under default, tab become red, and I cannot save it.

Seems that I have no choice other than iphone >> iphone. Is there any hack or other manipulation here ?

Hi tonnick,

Generally, you just need to select Default or Disabled in the layout’s settings (iphone/android/handled) in the profiles being assigned to menu items. Then clear JAT3 cache to make the changes effective.

In this case, It seems that you are facing a jQuery conflict which can cause the profile saving of our JAT3v2 plugin not work correctly. If you send me PM with the website’s credentials, i will help you to check this issue.

I have checked the profile on your website, and found that its saving feature worked finely. Now, you can try to configure the layouts as I mentioned.
