Apparently there’s a problem with demo site services, If an administrator can check that, please check it, will be good for all users of JA.

Yes, there are some issues on our demo builder.

Our dev team is hard working on this. Please keep track of this status via http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/USC-1 for get the updates.
