Hi,

This way will help you to delete four thumbnails image.

Open templates/ja_hotel/css/custom.css file (create new if it does not exist) and add new css style
```
.gallery-list .magazine-categories .carousel-thumbnail .carousel-indicators {
    display: none !important;
}
```
