You need to create Menu items for 2nd language just like you created for EN here: http://prntscr.com/iey3t1
Do the same for modules, articles, template style. And you have an option for the 2nd language flag.

Hi, i don’t want an exact copy of my primary language site (italian) for the other language, just one landing home page for each language. And this is working beacuse if i switch to En-gb via language switcher i see the page for english.
The problem here is i don’t see flag for Italian that is main language as set in default template style, i think there is something wrong.
In the quick installation of ja_medicare with example data that i have, there aren’t template style for each language and all menu items and components are in ALL language except home that are for each language.
Please help me.

I did it for you and now u can see the language flag for each language.

ok, last problem is that if i click on a item of the main menu (italian language selected -> position:menu), in the target page the other menu items aren’t shown anymore.
I checked that main menu items is selected in that page but i don’t know why

Target menu will be the menu that you select in the template style of Italian home menu item.
For example http://prntscr.com/ifejkx
It has only one menu item so it shows only home.
You can change it from template navigation options: http://prntscr.com/ifejxh
