I’m wondering if the Logo Integration also changes the color scheme throughout the template ? And if purchasing the Logo integration is similar to the Custom Color package but with the Logo ?

The Logo Integration package is different from Custom Color. If you wish the template have the similar color to your logo, you will need to purchase 2 package.
