    Thanks. Now I’m able to use my original custom html module as well. Many thanks again.
    Can you please look into another thread/problem I’ve reported today regarding the new contact issue?
    In the same site I’ve created a new contact, but was not able to display for this contact a contact form in front-end.

    This issues has been resolved when I’ve updated some contact fields.
    So now the contact form is displayed.
