Hi,

It seems like the Custom CSS "Apply to this page" feature isn’t working on core Joomla pages (e.g. The category blog page provided).

Please investigate and advise asap.

Can u provide me detailed changes you applied in custom css for blog page?
I have not found any changes for the blog view and on editing its showing blank.

Open the Latest News menu > Page display > page class. http://prntscr.com/ha5ltn
For example: csblog
Now apply this clsss before your code for each new style.
Example

.csblog .jub-block img {
max-width: 50%;
}
