First of all – I love the template!

1. How do I change the favicon – I have put them in the template folder but still no luck even after clearing cache, used diff. browsers, etc…

2. On the front page, in the main body, how do I change how the pictures are being resized…as default they’re resized to very small square – 60×60

1) You put your favicon into the templates/ja_droid/images forlder

2) you go the plugin manager => select and edit the Content – JA Thumbnail plugin
