I noticed that it is not possible to have titles for the Slideshow in this template. However, it is e-commerce oriented and normally we need to give a message with image in this above the fold position.

Is it possible to do it through JA Extra Fields for example?

Hi Aratype,

You can customise the ACM – Slideshow module a little bit by adding a new field called Description (or whatever you like) next to the Link field in backend of your this module. Below is the tweak:

• Add a new item field in the file: ROOT/templates/ja_megastore/acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-owl.xml
  http://prntscr.com/cn81f7

• Add code to render the description field above by opening the file: ROOT/templates/ja_megastore/acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-owl.php
  http://prntscr.com/cn81im

I add below the code for link, you can add to place you wish. Then, of course, you will need to add style for it.

Thank you! I believe JA should implement this feature… I applied your hint and made the Slideshow move automatically…

This due to the concept of template so the team don’t add it. If others are interested in this also, it will be updated.
