I have unzipped my zip file several times and always these gif images are not good. I try to view them and I cant and my ftp hangs when trying to load the images which is how I was alerted to this issue.
Can I get updated images please. feel free to attach a zip file here for me and others to grab.
The following Images from this folder are the ones I am having trouble with.

The problem usually happen when you upload file in slow internet,
to resolve your issue:
1) Get the ja social template of the jomsocial component from the ja download, you need not unzip this template => you upload the template to the componentscom_communitytemplates , and then come to the Control panel of hosting panel for unziping the file.
2) or you delete those images and upload new things again.
When done, you press ctr + f5 to clear browser cache and then check the issue again.

My issue was that I unzipped your template deep onto my hard drive. and when I extracted it there it didnt do it correctly for those images.
I placed it on my desktop and did the extraction and the gif files extracted correctly.
