Just today I refreshed my site and realized that some module positions were not displaying the published modules.

This has worked before so I don’t know what is going on. Any module published in the following module positions do not appear on the site:

Content Mass Top
Content Top
Right

Pls see the map of positions : http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_anion/?tp=1 and see your site again, those positions are showing all module you published
