I have the same articles linked to 2 different menus, one shows on a white background which is what I want. There other article does not show the white background and I can not figure out why. Thanks

Have you filled in a custom class on the products menu item?
If you have done that you need to fill that in on the support page to. I think that is the problem if not I will look further

I see that the products page has an extra class:
[PHP]<div id=”t3-mainbody” class=”container t3-mainbody has-sidebar-right has-col-md-3″>[/PHP]

And the support page:

[PHP]<div id=”t3-mainbody” class=”container t3-mainbody”>[/PHP]
