Hi, Do you have a solution to display a button on the same example as the one that is on your site for the Live chat. But I would like it to just open a popup window that shows me a module. thank you

You can try Bootstrap Modal in custom html module to show the modal window.
Here is documentation.
The chat window is different and needs pretty custom works to achieve same effects.
