Hi everybody.

There is an error with contact form. If i click on Send button nothing happens (here: http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_community_plus/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1&Itemid=30 ).
I try with OS X 10.6.4 and Safari 5.0.2 or Firefox 3.6.12 and with Windows XP and IE 8 or Firefox 3.6.12 but… the problem remains the same.

The same problem exists with the quickstart file (i try to create a new contact form but… the problem still appears).
I can not solve it by myself, sorry. Does anyone have any ideas, please?

Thanks for your reply.

If i fill up complete information it works.
But where are error messages, please?
If a user does not fill properly a field would be better to see an error (or highlighted field), as happens in all other templates.
Otherwise a user may not understand how it functions.
Just as has happened to me… 🙂

Hi mian, I have the same problem. No error messages i.e. when fields are empty or when someone enters an invalid e-mail address. Did you solve this one?

I have asked to support team and it told me:
“Go to the this file: your_template/css/template.css file and add more the following css codes:
input.invalid {
color:red;
} ”
