why does my contact page so?

and where can I download the contact form?

Under the menu item Components select Contacts and then Contacts again. Select Name and then in the Email Parameters to the right select Show next to E-mail Form.

If I click on Contact, called this page:
http://nosrati.de/index.php?option=com_contact&view=category&catid=0&Itemid=70

and I must click first on “Name” until called the following page:

http://nosrati.de/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1%3Aname&catid=12&Itemid=70

I would, that immediately goes to this page!

This a Joomla isssue. Did you try to search the Joomla Forums? It took only a couple of minutes to find this: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=428&t=264950. Your website will take forever to build if you rely on others to search for the answers to easily found Joomla questions that are not related to the template. There are many complaints in the forums here from users about not getting their questions answered when in reality their question has nothing to do with the template but is Joomla related. The best way to learn Joomla administration is to make the effort on your own to find an answer. Good luck going forward. 🙂
