Hello!

How do i edit the form so it show my map and information’s
this is what i have on the left side that i am trying to edit

Please go to backend -> components -> contacts -> contacts and Edit “Contact Name Here” contact. You can read more here : http://docs.joomla.org/Help25:Components_Contacts_Contacts_Edit
