hi, i need to use chinese menu and text.. when i try to copy and paste chinese word, in fronted this happen “?????”

any help about?

It seems that you haven’t set utf8_general_ci collation in database, tables and field names of your site. Please login phpMyAdmin to set your database with utf8_general_ci again.
