For JA Template , there are only 6 theme colours not including the default to choose.

Is there a way to create/choose my own colour for the theme of the template?

This template is built with T3 framework, you can check out this documentation for how to customize theme: http://www.t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#theme-customization
