I went through every mod and every plug-in and to no avail. I do not know where I can find the place in order to change the contact information that is showing on the website. Like on the contact page I would like to remove the ‘powered by Joomla’ banner.

Also part of the copyright for joomla is still at the bottom of my web page; i.e.

The Joomla! Community

How do I remove this??? Any help is appreciated..

Hi
You change or add text in footer via 2 following files:
Go to /templates/ja_ores/html/mod_footer/default.php
And /templates/ja_ores/layouts/blocks/footer.php
Change the informations , save and check
